Twelve Deterministic Acceptance Checks of the INDRA Platform (12/12 PASS)
Every claim regarding classification precision, zero false alarms, and in-path mutation blocking is backed by an executable verification suite (verify_gate_e.py). The acceptance suite runs twelve automated checks covering socket scope enforcement, live and in-memory confusion matrices, abstract syntax tree (AST) constant auditing, and SHA-256 repository parity.
All metrics are computed dynamically from the labeled benchmark ground_truth.json. During Gate C verification, an AST inspector parses all thirty-one Python modules to confirm that zero accuracy constants are hardcoded, wipes the generated markdown tables, and verifies byte-exact regeneration from live testbed output.
1. Complete 12-Step Verification Ledger (Measured 2026-10-25 UTC)
The table below lists each acceptance gate code, the verified engineering invariant, the exact reproduction command, execution duration, and return status from gate_e_acceptance_report.json.
| Step | Code | Verified Engineering Property | Reproduction Command | Elapsed | Status |

2. Zero-Trust Verification Procedure for Independent Auditors
An independent security engineer can reproduce the confusion matrix, the AST constant check, and the immune rule compilation inside an air-gapped Python environment without network access by running four commands:
python verify_gate_b.py --in-memory
python verify_gate_c.py
python verify_gate_d.py
python test_immune_loop.py && python test_sandbox_integrity.py
